Laura Bisbee has been in the real estate industry for nearly 30 years and brings a wide-range of experience to the table. As a paralegal for a large law firm representing police and fire unions; Laura assisted counsel on their home purchasing transactions from contracts to closing. Laura’s career continued to be concentrated in all aspects of the real estate industry.


As a title closer representing more than a dozen title companies, she facilitated upwards of 3000 real estate closings in a 7 year period. During this time, Laura expanded her expertise to the residential appraisal industry where she became a certified appraiser supervising a staff of one dozen independent appraisers, reviewing and signing off on more than 4000 real estate appraisals.


For the next 15 years Laura concentrated her career in the mortgage financing business. As a mortgage broker she arranged mortgage loans for thousands of applicants in Nassau, Suffolk and the five boroughs. Financing through the top lenders in the country; JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, HSBC and more. Laura eventually developed the commercial brokerage department and concentrated her efforts on financing shopping centers, apartment buildings, mixed-use dwellings and office buildings. She worked closely with local lenders and is a member of the Community Mortgage Bankers Forum.


A licensed real estate salesperson in New York and a Broker in Florida, Laura is now again focusing on the sales side of both the residential and commercial markets within the industry. She is a great asset to the company having tremendous experience in several aspects of the field.


Laura currently splits her time between her homes in Boca Raton and in Suffolk County on Long Island. She is a graduate of Adelphi University in Garden City.
